We will be hosting two different Large Group Selection Processes/Interviews on Tuesday, October 20, and Wednesday, October 21, from 5-8pm. These large group interviews will be conducted via Zoom Videoconference Meeting.
- You must be able to attend one of the time blocks, as the Large Group Selection Process is a mandatory step in the interview process.
- You can inform us if one of the dates does not work for your schedule on your OC application. Please contact our office at orientation@wsu.edu or via phone at (509) 335-4242 if you have further questions.
- The Group Interview process consists of a variety of activities designed to examine how each applicant makes decisions, relates to others, and communicates thoughts and feelings.
- The selection committee is made up of university faculty, staff, and administrators who will observe the candidates' interactions and evaluate each applicant's abilities.
- Notification of those selected or non-selected to participate in the Phase 3 of the selection process will be emailed no later than Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
