Minimum Qualifications

• Completed at least one year at WSU by May 2026.
• Enrolled in at least 6 credits for spring 2026.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.
• In good standing with the university (see WAC 504-26-425 4b).
• Must pass a background check.
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods.
• Ready to work respectfully with diverse groups of students, families, faculty, staff, and peers.
• Willingness to contribute to a culture of kindness, respect, accountability, and fun.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active member of WSU campus life or Pullman community; student clubs and organizations, Greek life, RA, intramurals, volunteerism, etc.
• Experience with public speaking or presenting to large groups.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with people of many different backgrounds and build collaborative relationships with others.
• Flexible when navigating challenges that arise during events and ready to adapt and learn from past experiences.
